1. About us

poddo.sg (the "Site") is operated by Senjo Industry Pte Ltd (UEN 202109732C), trading as Poddo ("Poddo", "we", "us"), 9 Tampines Industrial Drive, #04-01/02, Singapore 528543. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Using the Site

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false information. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

3. Products and prices

We try to describe and show our products accurately, but colours may look different on your screen. Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and may change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or information is wrong, we may correct it and cancel the affected order with a full refund. We may limit quantities or refuse orders, for example orders that appear to be for resale.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and ship your order. You agree to provide accurate and current purchase and contact information.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

6. Product safety

Please follow the usage and safety instructions on each product. Laundry capsules and cleaning products must be kept out of reach of children.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Poddo and Supermama names, logos, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools that we don't control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Singapore consumer protection law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
